Pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence in men are far more common than most people realise but far less discussed. Many men quietly adapt their lives around the problem: timing bathroom trips, limiting fluids, avoiding certain activities, or simply managing in silence without ever mentioning it to a doctor.
At Aniyah Care, we want you to know: this is a recognised, treatable medical condition. Our care is completely private, clinically rigorous, and delivered with the same dignity and professionalism we extend to every patient. You do not need to keep managing this alone.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of the pelvis that supports the bladder, bowel, and sexual organs in men just as it does in women. When these muscles are weakened, overactive, or poorly coordinated, the result can include:
Radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy for prostate cancer are among the most common causes of urinary incontinence in men. During surgery, the urinary sphincter and surrounding pelvic floor nerves can be affected leading to leakage that ranges from mild to significant, and that can profoundly affect quality of life and confidence.
The encouraging news: targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation can substantially improve or resolve post-prostatectomy incontinence. Starting treatment early typically improves outcomes but it is never too late to benefit from care.
Every mother’s body is different. At Aniyah Care, we offer two evidence-informed treatment options that can be used individually or in combination, depending on your symptoms, preferences, and goals.
The same advanced technology that strengthens the female pelvic floor is equally effective and validated for men.
A structured, expert-led approach to assessment, rehabilitation, and long-term pelvic control.

Dr. Ali Mirzazadeh is attentive, interested, understanding and supportive. He provided knowledge, tools and suggestions to improve my physical and mental health. I wasn’t sure what to expect from my appointment with Dr. Ali, as I’ve never been to a Naturopathic doctor, but he surely exceeded my expectations.Posted on Google![]()
